Especially when considering height, some models may be ruled out right away. For people 1.80 m or taller, not all models can fully reach the neck. Conversely, if you’re under 1.60 m tall, it becomes more difficult to find a suitable model that provides a proper foot reflexology massage.
There are also weight restrictions to consider: Some chairs are designed for a maximum weight of 90 kg, others for 110 kg, and a few for 120 kg or even 150 kg. But the good news is, we have something for everyone in our extensive selection.
However, it’s not just height and weight that matter—even factors that might seem less important, such as shoulder or calf width, can play a significant role if you fall outside the standard range with an XXL or XXS size. Delivery and Assembly
Shipping and delivery of a massage chair require careful planning. As a rule, we ship our massage chairs directly from our own warehouse—unlike some competitors, who ship them directly from the wholesaler. This allows us to offer very short delivery times of 3 to 5 days. You can find information about current stock levels and delivery times on the respective product pages—we’re transparent here, too, and tell it like it is.
Our Delivery Options
Standard Shipping
In partnership with the freight forwarder DACHSER, we handle shipping and provide you with a reliable estimated delivery window right during the purchase process. Once the massage chair is on its way to you, you’ll of course receive a notification so we can coordinate the exact day and time of delivery. You can choose between a text message, an email notification with online appointment booking, or a personal phone call from DACHSER:
With our standard delivery, your massage chair will be delivered “curbside.” This means the carrier will literally drop off the chair at the curb outside your apartment or house. This service expressly does not include further transport into a garage or building entrance.
It’s now up to you to work with a strong helper to unpack the chair, carry the parts to the installation site, and, depending on the model, perform any necessary final assembly there. Depending on the model, this may range from simply plugging in a power cord to screwing on the side panels and the footrest.
Last but not least, you’ll need to dispose of the outer packaging (cardboard, plastic, and sometimes wood). However, we ask that you keep it for the duration of the 14-day return period to make any return shipping—which we hope won’t be necessary—as easy as possible. Unlike with some competitors, the packaging is of course not required under your warranty.
Premium Shipping
In addition to our standard delivery, which is already included in the product price, we also offer a very affordable PREMIUM delivery option for a flat rate of €399 throughout Germany. In this case, all you have to do is hold the door open for us, and we’ll take care of the rest. Before delivery, we’ll send you a questionnaire to clarify the final stretch to the installation site and the layout of your home. Warranty, Service, and Maintenance
Our warranty for massage chairs is valid for a standard period of five years and applies at the installation location you specify in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, or Switzerland—for all of our massage chair models, without exception.

Error or problem
If any errors or problems arise, the process is very simple and straightforward: Contact us—whether by phone or email—and we’ll try to identify and resolve the issue. If a repair is unavoidable, we’ll certainly take care of it and dispatch our own service technicians to handle it. This usually happens 2–4 weeks after you’ve contacted us.
If a repair isn’t feasible or a replacement is unavoidable, we’ll also send our own service staff to you and arrange for a replacement.
So there’s no need for you to keep the packaging for years or worry about sending the item back. We believe you won’t find customer-focused service like this just anywhere.

There’s a simple answer to that—and one we think you’ll be happy to hear. That’s because a massage chair generally doesn’t require any technical maintenance when used at home.

Of course, it can be a good idea to check here and there every few months—and especially after heavy use—to see if there are any visible changes. With regular and proper use, however, there’s no reason why your massage chair shouldn’t have a long service life.
In rare cases, for example, the manufacturer may have applied slightly too little oil to the machinery during production, which could cause the massage chair to squeak slightly. In such cases, we’ll of course send you some oil and provide instructions on how to use it, or we’ll even come by in person.

Cleaning and Care

In short, however, it’s sufficient to clean the plastic surfaces of your massage chair at regular intervals or as needed using an alcohol-free glass or all-purpose cleaner, and to apply a protective treatment to the synthetic or genuine leather every 4 to 6 months. When cleaning the remote control or tablets, make sure the cloth isn’t too damp. That’s all there is to it.
