You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day,
- at which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more items as part of a single order and they were delivered together;
- on the date on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) took possession of the last item, provided that you ordered multiple items as part of a single order and they were delivered separately;
- on the date on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the first item, provided that the goods are being delivered on a regular basis over a specified period as part of an order.

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, though its use is not required.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of your intention to exercise your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we must refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer), without delay and no later than 14days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.
We may withhold a refund for goods that can be shipped by package until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned them, whichever comes first.
We'll pick up items that can't be shipped as packages.
You must return the goods eligible for shipment by package to us immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of your cancellation of this contract. or to Massagesessel Welt, Repair Center, Wilhelm-Enßle-Str. 56, 73630 Remshalden return or hand over. The deadline is met if you mail the goods that can be shipped by package before the 14-day period expires.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning goods that can be shipped as packages. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning goods that cannot be shipped as packages, in the amount of 299 EUR.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
Grounds for Exclusion or Expiration
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts
- for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is essential, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs;
- for the delivery of goods that are perishable or whose expiration date would be reached quickly;
- for the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time the contract was concluded, but which cannot be delivered until at least 30 days after the contract was concluded, and whose current value depends on market fluctuations over which the business owner has no control;
- for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts
- for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery;
- for the delivery of goods if, after delivery, they have become inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
- for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was broken after delivery.

If you have requested that the services for which the contract provides for payment begin during the cancellation period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you notify us of your exercise of the right of cancellation with respect to this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
Grounds for Exclusion or Expiration
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities if the contract specifies a specific date or time period for the provision of the service.
The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the provision of services that obligates the consumer to pay a price upon the complete provision of the service, if the consumer has expressly agreed, prior to the commencement of service provision, that the business may begin providing the service before the expiration of the withdrawal period and has confirmed their understanding that their right of withdrawal expires upon the business’s full performance of the contract.

Addendum to the Cancellation Policy: Electronic Cancellation Button
You also have the option of submitting your cancellation electronically using the “Cancel” button provided in our online store.
Electronic cancellation is carried out through a two-step process prescribed by law. After initiating the cancellation by clicking the cancellation button (“Cancel Contract”), you will be prompted to enter the information required for the cancellation and then explicitly confirm your decision (“Confirm Cancellation”).
Once the process is complete, you will receive confirmation of receipt of your notice of withdrawal on a durable medium.
This notice supplements the cancellation policy and describes only the additional option of exercising the right of cancellation electronically.
