Clinical Study: Massage Therapy for Orthopedic Patients
Research:
This review examines the effectiveness of massage therapy for orthopedic patients. Since a significant portion of the population suffers from orthopedic conditions and many already use massage as a form of treatment, existing studies and literature were systematically reviewed and analyzed. The analysis yields initial promising results.
Results:
Massage therapy has been shown to be particularly effective for orthopedic patients with lower back pain and can also have positive effects on other orthopedic conditions. It is considered a safe method, has a high patient satisfaction rate, and has been shown to help reduce pain and functional limitations.
