PUREMANENT Long Protect Long-Lasting Disinfectant is a combination formula that effectively disinfects and cleans medical equipment, medical devices, and all types of surfaces. PUREMANENT Long Protect’s long-lasting effect stems from the fact that it is based not on alcohol but on modern quaternary ammonium compounds. It also contains an adjuvant that helps the biocidal active ingredients adhere to the surface, creating an active reservoir. This actively kills bacteria and fungi and inactivates viruses.

The product is free of aldehydes and phenols. It is ideal for disinfecting alcohol-sensitive surfaces and all water-resistant (washable) non-porous surfaces. Since it contains 0.0% alcohol, it is particularly gentle on materials and is also suitable for acrylic glass. PUREMANENT Long Protect is odorless, leaves no streaks, and does not build up in layers. It is well-suited for use in sectors with high hygiene requirements and for use in both patient-facing and non-patient-facing areas. In addition, PUREMANENT Long Protect can be used without hesitation on surfaces that come into contact with food.

Why does PUREMANENT last longer than other disinfectants?
First of all, PUREMANENT contains 0.0% alcohol, since alcohol evaporates quickly. The germ-killing active ingredients are modern quaternary ammonium compounds that take effect quickly and adhere well to surfaces. But what makes our disinfectant special is an additive found only in PUREMANENT. It acts as a preservative by ensuring that the germ-killing active ingredients adhere extremely well to surfaces. The nice thing about this is that you can’t see or feel the effect (no stickiness). On the contrary: the additive creates an “easy-to-clean” effect on surfaces that even has limited dirt-repellent properties. Even after a thousand touches, the protection remains active.
