Does my old armchair have to work?
No. We also exchange defective armchairs—the condition only affects the amount of the credit. We’ll pick it up for free and recycle it properly.
Which brands are accepted?
All of them. Panasonic, Fujiiryoki, Human Touch, Inada, no-name brands—every brand and every age is eligible for the trade-in promotion.
When will I receive the discount?
The trade-in discount will be deducted directly from the purchase price of your new armchair—no separate payment, no waiting.
How much does pickup cost?
