In the 2024 TÜV Continuing Education Study, nearly half of the companies surveyed stated that adapting to digitalization and “New Work” is having a massive impact on their businesses, while more than a third view new agile work methods as a decisive factor. The NEW WORK EVOLUTION itself is the best example of just how relevant “New Work” has become for many companies: Launched in 2022 as a special exhibition at the LEARNTEC digital education trade show, it has been an independent trade fair since 2023, with continuous growth in exhibition space and numerous new formats. The breadth of the topic will be on full display at NEW WORK EVOLUTION in Karlsruhe from May 6 to 8, featuring its exhibitors and partners.
At the event, industry professionals can expect to find around 60 exhibitors and partners, as well as more than 80 speakers and podcasters, on the four stages in Hall 3. The trade show and experiential area will focus on four key themes: People & Culture, DE&I, Technology, and Offices.

People & Culture: As part of the NEW WORK EVOLUTION, YourCoaches will be unveiling their new leadership program, KOMPASS, for the first time and inviting attendees to a workshop on personality-oriented team development. Perspektur will be on-site to present its Change Management Playbook and provide information on influencer training and intercultural change management. Emendare has another trade show premiere in store: its modular micro-training program is an approach to providing individualized support for companies on their journey toward becoming adaptive organizations. The specialist publisher Franz Vahlen will showcase new titles from its editorial department and inspiring professional literature on New Work, agility, and leadership.
The Technology section features Stratos, among others. Their software solution guides companies through decision-making processes in a structured way and makes “New Work” methods accessible even to traditional companies. Probonio’s app supports the management of employee benefits—whether in-kind benefits, meal allowances, mobility budgets, or other tax-free offerings for employees. Exhibitor Zgoll is presenting a mixed reality app that bundles existing software applications in buildings—such as room booking, workstation booking, and building control—into a single user interface and displays them via mixed reality exactly where they’re needed. Adacor’s trade show presence centers on artificial intelligence in the HR sector.
DE&I: Berufundfamilie provides advice and information on audits related to diversity and family-friendly initiatives in the workplace and at universities. Kreissparkasse Böblingen offers a look at real-world practices—and presents workshops on how “New Work,” diversity, and mental health are being implemented at regional savings banks.
The “Office” section focuses on design firms and furniture manufacturers. raum rebellen emphasizes sustainable and flexible space concepts. Future Office provides information about its Active Office solutions, which are designed to encourage more physical activity in the office. With its “Workspace Performance Insights,” Wow tomorrow makes office quality measurable and shows how well each office supports employees in their work.

"Change and Empowerment"
Lily Kruse, Future Founder of exhibitor HYBEAM, a provider of mixed reality solutions for hybrid workshops, says: “For me, NWE is an event all about change and empowerment. I leave the fair feeling incredibly inspired every time, because I’ve gained new perspectives and tools that I can’t wait to put into practice right away!” Project Manager Stefanie Ruf: “At NEW WORK EVOLUTION, the lines between exhibitors and visitors blur—and that’s entirely by design! Because NWE is a meeting place for like-minded people to exchange ideas. People are convinced of the potential of new ways of working and come here to find inspiration for their own unique challenges.”
NEW WORK EVOLUTION takes place alongside LEARNTEC, the trade fair for digital education; tickets are valid for both events. For more information and to purchase tickets, visit www.newworkevolution.de
