Fun Facts About NAIPO – Massage Products for the Whole World

4 models

We no longer carry NAIPO products. This page is intended for owners who want to look up information about their device or find out what can be repaired. You can no longer purchase NAIPO products from us.

Which models we carried

The product line included the MGC-A350, MGC-8900, MGCHR-A150, and MGC-M15 massage chairs, mostly in faux leather, available in black, light brown, or white-beige, depending on the model. The chairs were entry-level models and were more compact than the large Japanese chairs.

Is your device no longer working properly?

There are two situations that can usually be resolved without taking the chair to a repair shop. If the chair won’t start at all, first check the emergency stop switch and the power cord on the chair itself—not just at the outlet. If the wheels stop halfway, resetting the chair often helps: turn it off, unplug it for one minute, then restart it.

For any mechanical-sounding issues—such as a clicking, grinding, or a jolt when changing gears—repair is rarely worth the trouble. We do not carry replacement parts for NAIPO, and without parts, any repair shop will be unable to proceed beyond the diagnostic phase.

Is it still worth repairing?

Be realistic. These units were entry-level models; the cost of a repair, including travel and labor, can quickly amount to half the price of a new, comparable chair. If the drive is defective or the guide is broken, the unit is usually at the end of its useful life.

If, on the other hand, it’s still in good working order, let it be. An armchair that does what it’s supposed to shouldn’t be replaced just because there are newer models available.

When it's time for a new armchair

You can trade in your old unit here: Trade in your old one for a new one. See our current selection under Massage Chairs. Before you make your decision, it’s worth taking a test sit: Switching from a compact entry-level model to a large chair, in particular, feels completely different than it sounds. Take a test sit and try it out.
