You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (P4P Solutions GmbH, Max-Holder-Str. 25, 73630 Remshalden, phone number: 0715120525995, email address: widerruf@massagesesselwelt.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but its use is not mandatory.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of your intention to exercise your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.
If you have requested that the services for which the contract provides for payment begin during the cancellation period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you notify us of your exercise of the right of cancellation with respect to this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
Grounds for Exclusion or Expiration
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities if the contract specifies a specific date or time period for the provision of the service.
The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the provision of services that obligates the consumer to pay a price upon the complete provision of the service, if the consumer has expressly agreed, prior to the commencement of service provision, that the business may begin providing the service before the expiration of the withdrawal period and has confirmed their awareness that their right of withdrawal expires upon the business’s full performance of the contract.
In the case of a contract under which the consumer has expressly requested the business to visit the consumer’s premises to perform repair work, the right of withdrawal expires upon the complete performance of the repair services, provided that the consumer has expressly agreed, prior to the commencement of the services, that the business may begin performing the repair services before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
