Lower Back Pain

Lower Back Pain
Clinical Study: Back pain is reduced and range of motion increases following massage therapy.

Research:
This study compared massage therapy with relaxation therapy in patients with chronic lower back pain. At the end of the study period, the massage group reported significantly less pain, depression, and anxiety, as well as improved sleep, compared to the relaxation group. In addition, the massage group showed greater trunk mobility, improved pain-related flexion, and increased serotonin and dopamine levels.

Results:
Massage therapy has been shown to be an effective method for reducing pain, stress hormones, and other symptoms associated with chronic lower back pain.
