When it comes to health management, Massagesessel Welt : everything related to employee health and well-being is booming. Michael Roedeske, owner and founder of Massagesessel Welt, knows why it’s so important for his products to be featured at this trade show. “We’re not just firmly convinced—we know from experience—that physical and mental relaxation can work wonders in everyday work life. It’s no coincidence that the trend is moving in this direction: More and more importance is being placed on opportunities to restore energy or boost creativity in the workplace, both by employees and employers. At CHC, we’re showcasing more than eight very different massage chairs that are specifically designed to meet everyday demands.”

All-Rounders in the Workplace
For example, the Casada Titan features a dual massage roller system that provides a simultaneous massage to the back and buttocks. Its unique braintronics® Body&Mind relaxation concept provides audio stimulation of brain waves. The OGAWA Master Drive A.I. 2.0, on the other hand, delivers a personalized premium massage with the support of artificial intelligence, a health monitor, and a tension sensor. “The ‘Family Inada Therapina Robo’ is particularly well-suited for use in a home office,” Roedeske emphasizes. “Developed and manufactured in Japan, this massage chair alleviates the fatigue of modern life through a personalized massage based on skeletal, muscular structure, and Shiatsu point recognition.” At the trade show, expert consultants from Massagesessel Welt will be Massagesessel Welt hand Massagesessel Welt advice and assistance in finding the right product.

Challenges in the Workplace

Today’s workplace must adapt to market demands in order to remain successful tomorrow. The already dominant employee’s market means that employers—from industrial conglomerates to small craft businesses—are competing for top candidates in what’s known as the “war for talent.” Those who have nothing to offer in this regard will simply fall by the wayside. “Using a massage chair is a simple and cost-effective way to visibly and effectively care for the well-being of your employees,” explains Manuela Radu. Numerous other models for use in offices, industrial settings, or home offices are available at her showroom in Weinstadt near Stuttgart as well as in Leverkusen, where visitors can try them out for themselves.

A Trade Show on Workplace Health
The Corporate Health Convention is the largest trade show in the field of workplace health management. More than 2,500 experts and decision-makers from approximately 170 exhibiting companies will show visitors how the success of workplace health management initiatives can be measured. The spectrum ranges from ergonomic product solutions to nutrition and addiction prevention to continuing education. About 50 presentations are scheduled for the CHC, with an additional 120 for the concurrently held Zukunft Personal Süd.
