Jonny from Kachelofen ID – On a workday that calls for relaxation in the evening

This is certainly true for Jonny, owner of Kachelofen ID, where he and his team perform physically demanding work every day. He sought our advice on how he could give his body some well-deserved relief in the evenings after the intense physical demands of his job.

Jonny is self-employed and runs Kachelofen ID, a company that sells, delivers, and installs tiled stoves. Together with his team, he regularly transports stoves weighing an average of 170 to 300 kg through houses and apartments, some of which have winding layouts. This work places a heavy strain on the body—especially the back—making exhaustion after a hard day’s work inevitable. After work, the body craves rest. To continue doing his job with enthusiasm and, above all, in good health, a solution is needed. In a conversation with Jonny, he tells us what ultimately led him to us and how the experience went for him.
